Enterprise depth meets the agentic frontier.

I'm a Microsoft technology professional with three years architecting enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365 CE, the Power Platform, and Azure. My work lives where reliability matters most — high-volume data pipelines, compliance-grade archival systems, and customer engagement platforms that teams depend on every day.

What sets my trajectory apart is where I'm pointed next. I treat agentic AI, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry as the next evolution of enterprise automation — not a novelty bolted on, but a new architectural layer. I've already shipped generative-AI call intelligence and autonomous case-management agents into real workflows.

I move fluently between a C# Durable Functions orchestration and a React dashboard, between a Dataverse plugin and a RAG pattern. That full-stack range lets me own a solution end-to-end — from pre-sales proof-of-concept through production monitoring.

Delivered Durable Functions pipelines for high-volume Dataverse onboarding — processing 50,000+ records via fan-out/fan-in orchestration, replacing fragile in-memory ETL.
Built an AI recruitment call-intelligence platform integrating Twilio VoIP, Azure Speech SDK live transcription, and Azure AI Foundry (GPT-4o-mini) to auto-detect 16 screening sub-steps in real time.
Architected a producer-worker pipeline that migrates archived CRM emails to SharePoint on a 2-minute cycle, cutting Dynamics 365 storage overhead while preserving compliance accessibility.
